Refund policy

If IAT cancels a batch and you do not accept a replacement batch, IAT will refund the amount paid for instruction that will not be delivered. If you request a refund or withdrawal, IAT will review the request case by case, considering when it is received, the instruction already delivered and any amount already used for the course. IAT will provide a written decision and, if a refund is approved, its amount and processing instructions. A rejected payment proof is not a refund; verified payments are adjusted only through the institute's recorded refund process. This policy does not remove any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
